Advanced program – 5 days The advanced course is based on the book by Asokananda in combination with the input from the Thai masters Piched and Chaiyuth. In this course the classical method based on Ashokananda and Piched and the more fast intuitive movement based on Chaiyuth, are covered and learned.
Students who attend the course will receive a colorful catalogue presenting 289 different postures, as well as a book for advanced practitioners written by Asokananda.
For those who completed the course, a diploma of The Sunshine Network is given.
