Three days Practice and Review of the beginner course.
Molina di Ledro, a beautiful location in the mountain in the north of Italy,
just few km. away from Riva Del Garda (on the northern tip of the Garda Lake).
The workshop will cover the material of the beginner course, focusing on feeling and touch, posture and adjustments.
The cost of the 3 days is 380 Euro.
It includes the course fee, three vegetarian meals a day and shared accommodation.

The course will include stretches and acupressure points to use in the Side
Position to alleviate shoulder tensions.

The course will last 10 days. Following the structure taught at the lahu village in thailand by Asokananda.
The course will include 60 hours of massage training, vipassana meditation and yoga practice in the morning and dhamma talks in the evenings.
The fee will include the teachings, three healthy meals a day and shared accomodation.
It is located in a beautiful cultural association and bed and breakfast called Cascina Granbego
in the hills of Liguria region, only 30 minutes from Savona and from the sea side.
